Government Systems Prototype Showcase 2026
Orium OS
OPID Land & Property Administration Prototype
A digital property identity and verification system for property records, citizen trust and government intelligence.
Orium OS introduces OPID, an Orium Property Identity, to help structure property submissions, support government review, reduce property fraud risk, improve verification and provide controlled property intelligence for government bodies.
Positioning
Orium OS does not replace official government land registries. It supports land and property administration by providing a secure property identity, verification, review, monitoring and intelligence layer that can later integrate with approved government systems.
Prototype capabilities
Property infrastructure, not a marketplace
Property submission by owners, agents and developers
Structured submissions capture location, role, property type, references and review consent.
Government/admin review workflow
Demo officers can review, approve, reject or flag submitted records for follow-up.
OPID generation after approval
Approved records receive a unique Orium Property Identity for verification.
Public OPID verification
Citizens and institutions can confirm whether an OPID exists without exposing private owner data.
Government intelligence dashboard
Aggregated district, status, role and development activity indicators support planning.
Future interoperability with authorised systems
Designed for future API-based integration subject to approval and security requirements.
